Any info on what values reported map to?

We have just set up the trial version for our account and starting to see stats come through. we are a little confused though on what some of them mean and were wondering if you have anywhere we could go to for an explanation on what certain items reported mean?

For example; we are not seeing any figures in our Visits and Pages headers and would have expected to. For the Hostname, is this the actual IP address of the visitor? What does the User Agent field represent? And why aren't we seeing any mention of Internet Explorer in there as some of our internal users only use IE? Do swobject.js and player-viral.swf always top the top URLs as presumably they are called for all and if so can we discount them?

Just trying to make sense of the results so any guidance you could give us would be very much appreciated.
