retroactively retrieve stats?
Hello, I am trying to find out how many times a specific file has been downloaded since August 5, but I only signed up for the service on August 20. Is there any way to make this happen?thanks,

I'm afraid there's not much we can do unless you had manually set up logging before that date. Without the logfiles to process, there's no way to generate reports.Sorry to disappoint.
