Service Announcement: Reporting Again (4/24/2012)
As of this morning, we have gone nearly an entire week without running reports. Amazon has backfilled logfiles for us-west and south-america, but not us-east (the biggest by a large margin). They've also made it clear that it will be a long time before they fill in all the missing logfiles for the period between 4/12 and 4/16 (at least "several days", in their words).At this point, it doesn't make much sense to keep waiting, so we've moved forward with running reports for all the logfiles that we do have.If you check your reports today, you'll hopefully find them up to date, though possibly with a 4-day hole in them representing the dates where Amazon didn't deliver logfiles. In the next week or so, Amazon will probably make good on their promise to backfill those old logs, so if you'd prefer not to see that hole in your reports, let me know and I'll re-run the entire month for you once the logs are in place to do so.Thanks again for your patience during all this, and sorry for the disruption it may have caused.
