No data yet?

Hi there,

I set up my account and after 3 days got no data. I then attempted to do the same through CloudBerry and no luck either. I deleted the details here and re-created them using default settings and still have nothing. can someone please have a look and tell me what I've done wrong?

I see what you mean. Yours is a strange case, since all the pieces we need to process reports seem to be in place.

I see logfiles in the right place, and clearly we have the ability to write to your stats folder (or we wouldn't have been able to put that "reporting started" message there).

I'll have to dig a bit deeper into this. When I get to the bottom of it, I'll kick off a job to run all your reports from the day that you signed up with us.
