I already have logging enabled under different names

Unfortunately, we don't have any flexibility with the naming of those directories, so if you want to use S3stat for reporting, you'll need to move those logs over to our naming style. Personally, I think it's pretty lame to require you to do that, but at the moment it's your only option.

I'd be happy to help move the existing logfiles to the right place and kick off a historical job to bring you up to date (assuming your logs are not outrageously huge). If that's cool with you, go ahead and sign up for an account if you haven't done so, but don't set up any buckets. Email me the names of the buckets you want set up and I'll take care of it from our end.
