Go ahead and cancel payment from your My Account page:

- My Account
> Cancel / Delete your S3STAT account
> Cancel your S3STAT subscription through Amazon Payments

Let me know via email once that's done, and I'll put your account back into "Free Trial" mode so that you can reactivate it.
